Huge, bright room with CLOSETS, peaceful location. We spent some time at pelicanos restaurant & marina, they offer drinks and are at a short distance from the apartment. Though there was low water pressure, we enjoyed our stay here, PLEASANT experience.

the owner made me feel at home. free wi-fi was a plus. room was clean, it had a fridge, a dining area and a seating area. there was a bathtub. it had a perfect setting near restaurants and the beach and tulum. .

Helpful owner. 5 minutes on foot from Tuch Tlan where you could eat. To puerto morelos bus stop was just a walk down to the apartment. 15 minutes' walk to day & night beach club.

Don’t have any issues at all.
